All American Housing, a brand owned and operated by All American Housing, consents to send you regular automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (such as SMS and MMS) (such as cart reminders), including text messages that may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system, to the mobile number you provided at the time of registration or any other number you specify. No transaction is contingent on consent to receive automated marketing text messages. Rates for messages and data may apply. The frequency of messages will change. In order to raise or decrease the overall number of messages delivered, All American Housing maintains the right to change the frequency of messages sent at any moment. 

Additionally, All American Housing retains the right to modify the phone number or short code that messages are received from; we will let you know when we do so. Not every mobile device or handset may be compatible, and not every location may be able to receive our communications. Any delayed or undelivered communications are not the responsibility of All American Housing, its service providers, or the program-supported cell carriers.
AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, and other significant national and regional carriers are among the mobile phone providers to which we can send messages.

SMS Consent Communication:
The information, i.e., your phone numbers, obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications:
If you have consented to receive text messages from All American Housing Solutions, you may receive messages related to the following:
Appointment reminders Follow-up messages Payment Update Offer Updates on your property (if applicable)
Example: " Hello [NAME default: 'Friend'], This is from AAHS. You filled out information on our website about getting help with your property taxes. I just wanted to follow up with you; please give me a call. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from All American Housing Solutions at any time."

Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 02 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments and contract scheme.
Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In Method:
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from All American Housing Solutions in the following ways:
Mostly, by submitting an online form, but sometimes call us for opt-in after getting our information from marketing leaflet.
We will not sell, share, or rent your text message opt-in information to any third party for any reason other than to deliver the specific services associated with the campaign. However, we may share your personal data, including your text message opt-in or consent status, with third parties that assist us in providing messaging services, such as platform providers, phone carriers, and other vendors involved in delivering text messages.

Opt-Out Method:
Text the keywords STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to cancel. After texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT keyword commands and agree that Launch Control and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
